If the payer is not the same person as the one who is odering, the payer still liable for the payments.

For damage to property and person and also accidents of every descriptoin we assume no liability. Parents are responsible for their children.

Unexpected happenings that can lead to functional impairment (eg. weather) are not eligible for repayment and we reserve accordingly the right to modify the program in your interests.

The 10% deposit must be paid within one week after receiving the booking confirmation. The balance is due two weeks prior to departure.

In case of cancellation of your holiday we calculate the final booking until two months before the arrival date of the deposit as a handling fee. From the second month up to the arrival day 50% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. For non-arrival and early departure we have to deduct the entire cost of travel.

Wearing helmets is compulsory for everybody and you will get them at our place.

All clients must participate in the riding tour by their own free will and they have to inform the tour guide of any conditions that might affect their ability to participate the riding tour and follow all advices of the guide.

Backpacks or bags cannot be taken on the ride. If you take a camera with you it is of your own risk.
